Assistant Brand Manager

About the Job

We are looking for an Assistant B2B Brand Manager to help us develop and implement effective brand-building strategies. You’ll brainstorm ideas to meet sales and marketing objectives, help execute plans and report on campaign results.

You should be a swiss army knife. You are comfortable with wearing multiple hats and not be afraid to get your hands dirty. You will be familiar with and have experience creating content marketing campaigns, creating linkedin campaigns, drafting sales messages, B2B marketing collaterals, create and optimise funnels, Identifying and optimising marketing channels with a strong focus on lead generation and qualification.

You have an analytical mind and research skills, these two are essential for this role.

If you marketing experience in the manufacturing industry, you are creative, solutions oriented, you have an open mind about learning, you are not afraid to challenge ideas, also you are an excellent communicator and team player, this job is right for you.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Meet with stakeholders to determine brand objectives and strategies
  • Research markets and study the company’s brand
  • Present and execute creative ideas for marketing activities
  • Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate sales, product development and other teams
  • Track budgets with an eye towards maximizing gains and reducing costs
  • Analyze industry, competition and market trends
  • Prepare reports on brand performance and sales

 

Your Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Brand Manager. You will be expected to show examples of previous campaigns and results.
  • Knowledge of Branding, marketing channels, funnel optimisation, lead generation, inbound marketing.
  • Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practices
  • Ability to conduct research and analyse data
  • You will be expected to show your ideas with small experiments and back up your results with data. (MVP and Agile approach)
  • Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Results-driven attitude
  • A creative mindset
